"Hosanna to the Son of David!
Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!
Hosanna in the highest heaven!"
Jesus entered into Jerusalem on a Donkey that the disciples found for him. Jesus road the donkey through the village. The people of the village quickly spread their cloaks and tree branches on the road, so Jesus didn't have to walk on the dirt road.
The people were excited to see Jesus and began to shout and praise him...
"Hosanna to the Son of David!
Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!
Hosanna in the highest heaven!"- Matthew 21: 9
Sadly there were people in Jerusalem that criticized Jesus. They made him sad because he's here for us.
Jesus will soon give us the biggest sacrifice to save us from ALL of our sins! Jesus is doing this because he loves us.
If you were in Jerusalem would you be shouting for Jesus? Or will you criticize Jesus and make him sad? Why?
